1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
At InGreen, we strive to provide the best quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:
- Plants: Due to the delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns on live plants. However, if the plant arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with images.
- Non-Plant Products: We accept returns on unused and unopened non-plant products within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
For a successful return:
- The product must be in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns must be shipped to our return address at your own cost.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images at:

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Live plants (unless damaged upon arrival).
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Custom or personalized orders.
