  • Plants: Due to the delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns on live plants. However, if the plant arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with images.
  • Non-Plant Products: We accept returns on unused and unopened non-plant products within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

For a successful return:

  • The product must be in unused and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be shipped to our return address at your own cost.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
